THEFT CASES
AGGRAVATED ROBBERY, ROBBERY, BURGLARY, OR OTHER THEFT CRIMES
If you’re not caught “with your hand in the cookie jar” there is strong hope to win a case based on poor identification. More people are arrested based on identification alone. More people are falsely convicted for that reason. A good trial lawyer (like myself) knows how to provide reasonable doubt on a case based on identification.
Aggravated robbery is the most serious offense of all the crimes of moral turpitude. Mere presence is not enough to convict. Based on the law of parties, you must have participated, planned, or schemed in order to be convicted. Exercise your right to remain silent. If interrogated, ask for an attorney and the interview will stop.
