Our lawyers work in a team effort, complementing our skills to bring a stronger force against your accuser. We handle all criminal charges from murder to simple misdemeanors, along with probation and parole matters. Our firm also offers other services, such as expungements (erasing your record), order of non-disclosures, occupational drivers licenses (civil and criminal).
We treat people the way we want to be treated. Although our winning record could bring in large fees, we do not take advantage of people in desperate times. ASSAULT CASES
When the victim is a family member or friend, they often later want charges dropped. The county’s “no drop” policy does not always work when the state witness (victim) is now on the defense side.

DWI CASES
The first rule; if you are stopped, NEVER BLOW or PROVIDE A BLOOD SPECIMEN. The second rule is to NEVER ADMIT to the amount of alcohol you consumed. Yes, you may face a driver’s license suspension, but you will be suspended anyways if you are .08 or greater.

Do You Know Your Rights?
A lot of times my ability to win a case is affected by my clients confessing or incriminating themselves.
SO KNOW THESE BASIC RULES:
Exercise your right to remain silent. Just ask for a lawyer and the interrogation stops. ALWAYS ask if you’re free to leave.
If a detective is calling repeatedly it’s because they may not have enough to convict you. They need your confession. CALL ME!
Never authorize a search. If they say they will get the dogs or warrant, tell them to do what they need to do. If the warrant has no probable cause, I have a chance to win the case. If you waive your rights, I have nothing to fight except the punishment. If you cooperate with the police investigation you only get hurt.
DO NOT speak on the phone to family or friend from the jail. ALL CALLS ARE RECORDED.
