Kathy Lowthorp

To My Future Client:

I am writing this personal note to you to share the “one on one” attention I give my clients. Everyone has a story that makes your case or circumstances different from another person accused of crimes such as yours. It is important for me to help you by identifying who you are. First, let me share my background. I was born and raised in California, near Malibu. I grew up playing sports which explains my competitive nature. I like to win! However I am not a sore loser. I took a lot of acting and drama classes up through high school, which explains my winning performances in trial. I am one of the top attorneys with winning stats in Tarrant and never lost a trial in Dallas County. I left California when I joined the United States Army. I was trained as a military police officer and canine patrol handler. I was trained to fight for my country and now I will fight for you. I became a police officer in Virginia and also have other law enforcement experiences, such as investigations, loss prevention, and I am certified in S.F.S.T (Standardized Field Sobriety Test). I am one of the few lawyers who understands police investigations and capable of attacking the lack of proper investigation against you. I will not tolerate lying police officers!! I moved to Arlington, Texas in the spring of 1989. I finished my education here in Texas with an undergraduate degree in Business at Dallas Baptist University and Law School at the now Texas A&M who bought Texas Wesleyan School of Law. I opened my practice here in Arlington and service Tarrant County, Dallas County and frequently visit other outlying counties. I have been successfully practicing law since the year 2000, and still love what I do. I am well known in the courthouse with a reputation of winning, caring, taking care of business, being reliable, honest, and a fighter for my clients. I have a successful practice because I am fair to my clients providing the best customer service. I also give a free consultation so you can meet me. It’s all about your life, your freedom, your ability to have a productive life. Picking the right lawyer is important. I want you to be comfortable with me representing you. I treat people the way I want to be treated. My fees are fair and reasonable; I do not take advantage of people in desperate times. I am also a very available lawyer providing you with my cell phone number on my business card to address all concerns at any time.
