FIRST OFFENSE

FIRST TIME OFFENDER, YOUTH OFFENDER AND DIVERSION

1. Most first time offenders or young offenders, especially with misdemeanor cases such as theft or possession of marijuana and other non-violent crimes may have a chance to earn a dismissal or a reduction. Either choice may allow a case being expunged (erased from your history) when the time requirements are met. Earning a dismissal will save you money and provide a guaranteed result.

2. Diversion programs are programs hosted by the State or county for certain crimes or qualifications that can earn you a dismissal or provide a better deal. Some of the programs include: drug possession cases, veterans programs, mental health programs, young offenders, prostitution, DWI, and family violence. I am familiar with all the programs and will always consult on these programs as a choice.
